Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product is shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Qaswa Foods has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Qaswa Foods and accept Qaswa Foods’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. The product should be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.

Refund Policy

If your purchase is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made to your original mode of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
